Urgent Query: Regarding Initial leave to remain

dear all,
I am currently working in UK on work permit. Last week, i got my HSMP approval under old rules. Now i have to apply for stage 2 which is initial leave to remain.

I understand that i have to fill FLR(HSMP) form to apply for it. It states that if you are in UK within an immigration category other then HSMP and seeking an initial leave to remain as an HSMP aspirant,

then no need to fill section 9

I read some members post which stated that they have provided ELTS requirement proof as well....

I am really confused. Please guide
