When Can I apply for BC

Hi , Please help me to understand when can I apply for BC

- HSMp Granted (Stamped on Passport ) on 28th June 2006
- ILR granted (Stamped on Passport) on 1 June 2011 (please notice 28 days difference ).

My question is when Can apply for BC / Is it after 28th June 2012 or 1st June 2012 ?

When did you first enter UK as an HSMP migrant?

Sushdmehta , We were already in UK. We were on Permit Free training visa and then switched to HSMp.

On/after 01-June12, provided standard requirements are fulfilled.
