Tier 1 - Child Dependant from - India - Decalaration Sign

Hi Friends,

I am in the last stage of the online application for a tier 1 dependant(child). I have filled all the sections to the best of my knowledge, but last section is a declaration by the applicant, there is a name column and a date. My child is 4 months old. So should I fill his name in the declaration and in the printout should I sign? Please advice.

i am also stuck here ,..i am also applying for tier 1 dependent visa for my 2 months baby from pakistan..should i write his name in the declaration and prinout and sign?

this online visa form is headache not user friendly

My wife and child are in India and I want to apply child's dependent visa. Can only my wife sign Declaration section or both parent need to sign?

I guess the parent or legal guardian needs to sign so either parent can sign the declaration. I am not an expert on this so please double check by calling VFS.
