You never know they are deadlines you may just get a descision quickily even that they are a month behind...Trust it to be when we hand our application in.
I thought that the appeal courts were going to have more people working there so appeal times will come down. It seem to be very long or is that due to the family visit visa.. that soon they will not be giving all them the right of appeals

WHEN YOUR STATUS WAS CHANGED, was it by 30th Same day and same day you receive your collection call...?
when the visa was stamped, on what date they stamped your sticker....

SSMS and Marlboro on highest number of counted days,

Well i have 5 people with me now, one submitted by 16th of feb before me( 1 week earlier) and rest of three later on in march and April respectively but no news for any one.

this is good sign of struck applications that were sleeping somewhere at gerry's or embassy.

lets see on what date the visa was stamped for SSMS this will clear all the issues regarding the delays either they are from Islamabad or home OFFICE UK

I have a feeling that tomorrow some other people are also going to collect theirs....INSHALLAH

brother you were thinking about withdrawing your application, see this wait has given you something more then you expect MASHALLAH.

hi does any body know how to withdraw application and how long it takes to get the passport back?

Hi I dont think it is that easy...... maybe call gerry's see what they say. Ive not really heard anyone cancel halfway.

You can withdraw your application any time before the decision takes place. But the fee will not be refunded. There is a form which you can fill it and dispatch it to you embassy.

Finally you are in the "Granted Visa" section. Took alot of time though but the main thing is you got the Visa.

May I ask can anyone clarify as when my wife submitted her application today they said that they do not accept the hand written VF4-A setlement form which was all done by my lawyer. She had to do it again at there office electronically. Is this correct as it was pretty much wastless paying the lawyer when he never advised.

I hope to hear soon as she was charged for this as well at Gerrys.

thats a major mistake your lawyer had done by wasting time and making troubles for both of you

however u had already paid, and now its only a wait you have to do in order to get the response against your application.

BDW dont u even have had any idea this could had been done by your own self...?

Yes indeed I am aware as my wife had to do at Gerry's office and she made a mistake and then had to pay an extra fee to do it. I was not aware of this but I have seen the form and yes I should have done it.

I was not aware but my wife copied everything from the form and I am going to tell the lawyer as not happy.

Yes it does mention a date, the date is exactly 19 weeks after the letter was printed off.

Our date is in the first week of October.

Well this looks as if our dates will be end of oct....hopefully they over turn it beforehand. Other wise am i right in thinking that we have to wait even longer after that for a court date?

Is that bold bit true? That their status has changed to ready for collection? I mean the februrary applicants are still waiting for a response and your brother's wife applied in March
