Hii guys,
Write a letter to JNTU registrar stating the information and format you like to get the certificate,Take a DD(around 100Rs),Attach your Provisional degree certificate and submit them.
You will get it,in 2-3 working days.
Hope that helped.

Hii
The sample letter format should be addressed to JNTU registrar.
provide the details like your name, fathers name, year and Branch you have completed your degree,Hall ticket no. and the most important one,the medium of instruction being english and request him to give a certificate on ur personal request.

Regarding DD you should take it in the name of JNTU registrar for 80rs.
If you have any doubts contact the examination branch counter.
