Executive MBA and Tier 1 extension and ILR

Dear mates,
I have a query regarding studying while working and does it affect your extension of Tier 1 and ILR.

I came to UK under HSMP and then Tier 1 and I have to extend my tier one for second time in March 2013 as I came to the UK after 3 months and then I will appl for ILR in August 2013. yhave been accepted in EMBA and want to do this course. I can do it in the evening so I can work full time and just do this on weekends and or the evening.

I appreciate if you help me in this.

UKBA doesn't check if you are studying while working or vice versa.

The bottom line is, you need to get the necessary points and the relevant documentation to prove it.
