ILR - family travelling on holiday

Post by newbie_t » Sun Jun 03, 2012 1:09 pm

Hi,

I am due for ILR in November this year, and my wife and kid are travelling abroad for summer holidays for couple of months. ( I am the main applicant and I am not travelling).

Will this affect our ILR process - please could someone advise?

Many thanks,

Jay.

Hello mate, need more details to help you.

Need to know if you are applying ILR for just you or for your family too as a joint application?

Thanks

hello ITGraduate,

The application will be made for me and my family together. I have been in UK since Nov 2007 and my wife joined me after our marriage in July 2009.

Thanks,
Jay

Makes no difference......they can come and go when they like, and they dont have to keep count of their days out of the UK anyways....
