Countries Qualified for Economical Asylum.......?

Post by Lotus » Mon Dec 11, 2006 1:21 pm

Hello Everybody,

I am a new member of this Forum and also UK Resident Forum. I have
learned about many Rules in these Forums. I would like to ask more. Hope you do'nt mind.

Question:

Which African countrie's immigrant qualifies as a genuine Economical Asylum applicant. Or in other words are there any African Countries which could be considered as a a failed Economy when an immigrant from the relevant country sends in an Economical Asylum Application.

Just asking...

Regards

Lotus

Thanks John,

Further to your kind reply, then how does the HO deal with an application which is based on an Immigrant applying under his/her country's economic situation. Lets say, a person appliies asylum in the U.K on the basis that his/her country is a failed economy and his/her expertise which he/she has gained inthe U.K will not be fruitful when in his/her Native Country. Or in simple terms Career wo'nt progress in his/her Country.
