Hello,

I am about to appeal against the refusal of my wife's application for a dependent visa, related to Tier1 PSW immigrant (me!)
The appeal form asks for the Notice of Decision to be enclosed with the appeal! anyone knows if this has to be the original one?

It would be much easier to send a copy since the original is still back home. :(
