Family Visit VISA for one month. Questions.

Hello,

I was here last year and got great help with my wifes Spouse Visa application. We got the VISA no problem and are happily settled in the UK.

My wife's Sister and Mum want to visit us in London for a month in December (2012). I know what documents are needed and how the application works.

But...

...can someone confirm something? I know that someone can applly to visit a son, daughter, brother, sister, neice etc. But can they apply to visit someone who themselves have a temporary visa. My wife has a spouse visa and her Mum and Sis will be applying to visit her, not me, and I have a passport.

Any help?

That fact that your wife is still on limited leave status will not be a problem.
