Required police enquiry certificate if we worked in Belfast

Hi All,

I have worked in Belfast ( Northern Ireland) for 8 months and moved to London. Now I am going for Tier1 visa extension. In the application form there is a column ( Have you ever been lived in UK?). Do we need to provide any police certificate to them when we go to same day visa ( premium service)

Please help me...
