I have been waiting since 10 days now.
They guide you NOT to contact them until 10 working days. But its really your option.
I have still not emailed them, as I will wait until end of day monday.

I dont think there is an option to call and speak with someone, but if you know of one - please do share it with us.
Information they need from you: -
your full name;
your date of birth;
your nationality;
your passport number;
your case reference number;
the delivery address for the permit; and
a contact telephone number.
