BRP Courier Question

Hi

I have got a letter from DX courier saying they came but could not find anyone in the flat and left a letter asking to schedule delivery again. I was trying to contact them but it goes to an automated messaging system.

Is the way only to schedule delivery is using phone or Text message or can we call them and collect it from them? If so can you please give me the phone number of DX?

You should be able to re book using the automated telephone system. If not you can do it on the website.
