Tier 2 dependent visa query

Hi All,

I am planning to apply tier 2 dependent visa from India. Currently I am in UK under tier 4 student visa. could you please advice me anyone, what are all the documents need for my application.

If possible please advice me the procedure in Kochi VFS for my application.

but Could you please advice me do I need to get any document from my Tier 4 sponsor. I am in Uk currently and for this purpose only I am going to India. Because of that only I would like to get some advice on this matter..

You don't need anything from your Tier 4 sponsor.

Do I need to get any letter from tier 2 sponsor of the main applicant...

No, not unless your maintenance is being certified by that entity. You will need to state the COS number of the PBS migrant on the application form (but you don't need any letter for that).

Regarding tier 2 dependent online application in India, I filled the form in online when i reached payment details page it showing the amount INR 43200 which is tier 2 main applicant fees. But it should be INR 24300 based on the fees guidance.

I am sure i selected initially...

Type of application as Tier 2 general partner.....

Please advice on this mismatch...

Visa fees for dependants for tier 2 is also same as main applicant, i,e 43200
