In your sponsorship letter for her you can use any normal 'Sponsorship letter format' but, do not forget to mention that '.....My mother-in-law is visiting us just to be there for the lovely occasion - that is the birth of her grandchild, AND NOT FOR CHILD CARE PURPOSES.....The rest of the documents should be in the guide .
All the best buddy !!!!

I have got a letter from GP and there is a sentence "She would like her mother to be given permission to come and help her during post natal care"

I hope this post natal care thing is not doggy as I have heard from someone this is considered negative by Home Office as she (Mother In Law) might will work???

A letter from a Gp is not required.
