Problems with biometric system...

Hi All,

Couple of my friends had to face the problems with biometric system at the PEO (One of them went to Croydon and other went to Liverpool) during their same day appointment. The system went down and then they were asked to submit their documents. They had to pay the same day fees but they didnt get the decision on the same day. They were sent the decision letter later and then the passport was sent.

I am wondering if this is a common problem and happens at all the PEOs ?

I have my appointment at 11 am at Croydon on 21st June. I am wondering if I should change the PEO or should I change the appointment to early morning if possible when the changes of system going down would be less.

Please share your experiences.
