Will changes to family route immigration affect FLR holders

Hello,

I am currently in ILR and my wife is in FLR. Her FLR ends on December 2013 after which she is eligible for FLR.

But I understand that the new immigration rule which will be introduced later this year will extend the probationary period for Non EU spouses from 2 years to 5 years.

Will this affect existing FLR holders as well?
