Hello,
my husband has got his PSW visa and I would like to join him in the nearest future. He has already prepared all needed statements but I am worried about the next problem: these statements are from London bank but he want to rend the flat for us in other town. Would it will be the problem when embassy will see the different town in bank statement and in accommodation contract?

And the second question is about the work of the main applicant. My husband has not found job yet. So, can it be the reason for not issuing my visa.

1. Where does it state that the bank account must be held in a branch located in the same town / city that the applicant is living in?
2. There is no requirement for the principal migrant to be employed at the time of entry clearance application by a dependant.

Accommodation contract is not a requirement for dependent visa in the first place. Please correct me if I am wrong.

As I know tenency agreement is not binding document but I have read a lot of forums and noticed that all applicants attach the copy of this document

Should my husband to notarize the copies of his documents. I am applying from Ukraine. I heard that some countries should do it but I cannot find the information what exactly countries should do it.

But when I called to the local VAC / BHC I was said that they have no such information and gave me this link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... lications/. Unfortunately, I cannot find this information here. Maybe someone know the right decision.

I just want to know if my local passport is needed while applying for PSW Tier 1 dependant visa. There is stamp in it which shows that I am married or marriage certificate is enough. Thank you.
