Hello,

1. Got the UK Entry Clearance stampped from 19/Dec/2007 till Oct 2008
2. Came to UK on 10/Jan/2008
3. Work permit extended from Oct-2008 till Oct-2009
4. switched to ICT from Oct-2009 till Nov-2010
5. Again visa extended from Oct-2010 till Sep-2012 under Est staff catagory
6. My company is going to extend my Visa in July 2012.

I am going to apply for ILR in Dec 2012 via personal appointment.
MY wife is having tier2 (ICT) dependent visa and will complete 2 years (UK) in April 2013 when I will apply for her ILR.
As per the rule I need to apply for FLR(spouse) visa within 28 days when I get the ILR.
Can I apply for her spouse visa on the same day when I am applying for ILR in Dec 2012 ? Or do I need to take separate appointment for her spouse visa ?

There is no such rule .. to switch within 28 days.

You'll need a separate appointment .. be it on the same day or a different day. If applying on the same day, book your settlement appointment in the first half and FLR(M) appointment in the second half.

You can take this test at any time & there is no expiry date associated with the result.
