You will get the same age points as that you had claimed in your initial application. So for the purpose of your extension you will score the points under 28 years which is 20,( as thats what you claimed with your initial application of Tier 1 G)

You will get the same points that you attained the first time. The application form clearly asks for the age at the time of first application and not the current age.

The question itself provides the necessary explanation:
Please tick the relevant box to confirm the points cl;aimed by the applicants on the basis of his age at the date of application for the first grant of leave in the category:
Applications for leave to remain where the applicant has, or has had, leave as a Highly Skilled Migrant, as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010, and has not been granted leave in any categories other than these since 6 April 2010
It asks the applicant to confirm the points he was awarded for his first application as a HSMP / PBS migrant.
It does not ask the applicant to tick the box according to his / her age on the date that he is filling the form.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

you should put your age in calculator as 27 as it is clearly asks for the age at the time of your first application, which is 17 March 2009
