hi all

this is my case. plz FIND any negative points in this case



1999 -may 2003 BE elecrical & electronics ----30 points

june 2003-august 2004 - job( working for SAP ) 25 points india experience


age 24----20 points

uk study -- 5 points(confused)done in college

total 80 points

1 .letter from college(english reqirment)ielts expired ,can iuse tht

2 .degree certificate(consolidated mark sheet) is this enough or do ineed to keep any thing extra)

3.date of birth original for age

4. passport notary

5. wage slips n form 16 (do ineed to show it returns as well)

6. expereince letters

1 ) june 2003 to august 2004 need to show that i have worked in your company

a-- appointement letter


b-- experience letter


c-- duties and responcibilites in detail (minimum 2 pages )


d-- releving letter


e-- salary of 37,000 during august 2003 to august 2004(12 months)

f-- gross salary per annum


g --august 2003 to august 2004 pay slips for 12 months



h -- designation -- working as SAP CONSULTANT

HSMP123,

Your documents pertain to the old criteria. The new HSMP criteria includes the following,

1. Age
2. Education (same as old criteria)
3. Earnings (in 12 of the last 15 months)
4. UK Experience (can be claimed if worked or studied in UK)
5. English language requirement.

I might be useful if you went through the guidelines for the new criteria, if quite straight forward and you'll have fairly clear idea on how strong you application is.

Also , You need to prove your earnings in UK for getting extension after 2 years and claim 75 points for extension after 2 years , Better is you read the whole process for entry as well as extension. Extension is now not on showing economic active basis , but is on again claiming 75 points on age , UK earnings and other criteria.

Hi...

exp points r no more ther...Earning is age, earning, education..and UK exp...

One more thing..do read about english requirement..although there r no points for that...
