Query on PBS dependant form (Tier-1(General))

I have few queries regarding the dependant's form for Tier-1 (General) applicant.
1. The current form "PBS Dependant Version 04/2012" was issued in April 2011 and therefore on page 32 , Ques. N2, it is mentioned that maintenance fund required per dependant for main applicant staying more than 12 month's is £533. however, from 14th June this amount is going to increase to £600. Will there be any new form released after this date? This has been clearly mentioned in Tier-1 (general) form for Main applicant (Page 42 M1). I will be applying just after 14th June and am not sure whther to fill this application form or wait for any new form.

2. In section 2 photos are requested for the applicant. However in the Tier-1 (general) Main applicant's form, 2 photos of the applicant as well as for each dependant has to be included. I would be including all the photos in Main applicant form. Should I also include 2 more photos of the dependant in the PBS dependant form?

3. Ques M6, As I am on a Tier-1 (general) visa, the answer to this should be "no". Please confirm.
