FLR for Spouse (Required documents) urgent please?

Hi

I got ILR under 10 years and my wife and kids are on Tier 1(dep).
I need to apply wife and kids FLR(M) visa in croydon PEO.

what are the documents required please help.

* she got three months payslips and statement. (part time salary from my company)
* I do have 3 months payslip and statements (part time job and i am director of company) what documents should i show for my company?
* got around balance 3000 altogether will it be sufficient.?
* she need to show 6 items of correspondence address proofs. ?

* my wife came in 2008 she cannot remember whether she gave fingerprint or not. If not sure can she give fingerprints here in UK, later if they found she has given then any problem ? please help.

Until yesterday she was applying for SET(M). Today you are stating that she is applying for FLR(M). What has changed?
