new dependeant form but old main applicant form on ukba

Hello

I have PEO appointment , and wanted to confirm if form changed, after logging on to ukba they have changed dependant form to version 06/12 but main applicant is still same

should i change my dependant form ?

Why would you want to use an old version of a given application form when a new form has been specified?

Check the forms published on the website on the day of appointment of the night before. Use the forms available.
