I am on PSW visa in UK and want to apply Tier1 Entrepreneur visa for PSW holders by showing access to £50,000. I have funds available in joint account with my wife in overseas bank. She is living with me in UK and we would apply together for Tier1 Entrepreneur visa. According to my circumstances,

1) Would she be consider as third party ?
2) If she consider as third party, is there any need to show authorisation letter from her?.
3) What other documents i need to show from overseas bank or other institution?.
4) Would she get working rights in UK as dependent of Tier1 Entrepreneur visa holder?.
