New family migration changes - Tier 1 (PBS) Dependant

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 1 (General) and will be eligible for ILR application in 1st week of August 2012. I am married for 6 yrs. My wife is also living me on PBS Dependant visa will finish her 2 yrs in end of July.

We also have baby born last year.

Now, my question is - will my wife and my little one be eligible for ILR application as my dependant at the same time with me?
