PSW applied on 3rd April

Hi,

My wife applied for PSW on 3rd April which was received by HO on 4th April.
She has received her acknowledgment letter (dated 03/05/2012) on 8th May.

Since then, she has not heard from HO in more than one month time.

So, what can she do? Any suggestions?? Is there anybody in similar situation??

A lot of people are in the same situation mate, waiting for a biometric invitation letter, I applied at 2nd April though fee deducted and got ackw letter at 30 April.

hmm... i know...we don't have choice than to wait. but the letter was dated 3/5/12 which is a sunday.....so it means HO staff are working on weekends...

I also have applied for the PSW on 3rd April and I Have received Ack letter dated. Still I am waitin for the ack letter from the UKBA. Can anybody suggest for this what we can do next???

I too applied on the same day (3rd of April). I guess we will get the bio invitation by the end of next week.

I dont think 3/5/12 is Sunday its Thursday actually, however i wish they get on with our applications 24/7

Sure thing mate, every one applied between April 2 - 5 should inform each other as soon as they get their Bio invitation letter.

Given that I am still waiting for my Biometric and Docments from the Home Office, I would like guys to get information about the process to inform the Home Office of my new address.
If someone knows what do do, please just let me know I will really appreciate.

Good suggestion but if that doesn't work have your post redirected to your new address (assuming they send it from royal mail-which they sometimes don't and use private couriers), think it costs roughly £15/month or £36 for 3 months.

If everything else fails they should drop the 'Sorry you were not there' card in case you are not there. Keep in touch with your landlord and collect your docs when you get the card.
