Evaluation of skills in my profession

How does the case worker evaluating my HSMP application evaluate the skills for each field. For my case I am in IT industry and working as Technical Architect. Do I have to specify that this position requires <highly> skilled person.

they consider either senior position or specialist level experience. Technical architect comes under specialist level. For showing your position as a senior one you got to show them lot of things such as your duties, number of people under you , organizational chart , salary etc. For specialist level the duties are defined and they know very few people will be under them. Your experience letter with the duties mentioned should be enough. I am sure they know that for specialist level Skilled persons are required .

Based on number of years of experience in relevant field + Job responsibilities and Duties during employment with some leading role in your departments with resource mgmt etc, will make them understand about it. One of my friend got straight rejection as he did not mention his Project Mgmt exp. though he is leading a team of six. Now a days, they are making it tough but few months back, they were happy with a single para stating that you worked as PM or Team Leam or Sys Analyst since this and that. I saw many of memebers got points with this kind of letter few months back. Not now so be careful while preparing your docs for this.
