I had a query regarding eligibility for ILR. Could you kindly go through the following details and let me know if all of us are eligible to apply together in December 2012.

22/12/09 - 31/12/09 : T2SW Intra Company Transfer Migrant


ENTRY/EXIT Details:

Entry in UK 08/01/08 - 16/03/09 Exit from UK, Went to India on holiday
Entry in UK from holiday 04/04/09 - 01/05/10 Exit from UK, Went to India on holiday
Entry in UK from holiday 21/05/10 - 23/09/11 Exit from UK, Went to Paris on holiday
Entry in UK from holiday 25/09/11 - To Date No plans of exiting UK till at least February 2013


All holidays above are authorised company holidays.


QUESTION 1 : Is he Eligible according to the above dates for ILR Settlement if we apply inDecember 2012?




My daughter Trisha Nair and myself Swati Nair are currently Dependents of Jamey Nair, whose details are mentioned above.
Our Visa and Entry/Exit details are mentioned below:

I am a housewife, and a dependant on my spouse's Visa and my daughter and I would be applying for ILR as Dependants on my spouse's (Jamey Nair, above mentioned) Visa.


QUESTION 2: Based on the above absences, Would my daughter and I be eligible for Applying for ILR Settlement along with my husband in December 2012?


QUESTION 3 : I gave birth to another child on 23/01/12 here in UK (Anvi Nair). We are getting an Indian Passport for her. We havent applied for her Tier 2 Dependant Child Visa yet. Can she apply directly for ILR Settlement as a Dependant? Or, do we need to get her Tier 2 Dependant Child Visa first ?

QUESTION 4 : Could you please let me know what is the minimum maintainence amount that my husband Jamey Nair, who is the main applicant need to be showing in his last 6 months bank statements for himself, and each of his dependants?
