EU 1 Application Process.

Hi,

I applied for temporary work permit Visa on 16th May 2012. I am Non EU & my wife is from Austria. she is studying here. I have submitted all documents & within 3 weeks my all original documents were returned with department letter that they need few more documents for further process.
then i sent them left documents as well but still waiting. its over a month now.

Can any1 tell me how long they will take please.

it usually 6 months in total. You should get your decision pretty much on the last day, i.e. when your temp stamp 4 expires.
