Tier1 General Extension CheckList

Hello All

I have a query on Submitting the Supportive documents for my Extension. Kindly Correct me If I missed any thing In the below check List .

Applying for extension with my Wife : Applying at PEO

1. 12 months Bank Statements - Which shows my Salary Credit as well as The maintenance Funds for the last 3 months ( 800 (I have stayed in UK for more than a Year) + 600 ) .

2. 8 months Payslips Sealed and Signed by the Employer. Rest of 4 months are Original Postal Payslips from the previous employer.

3. Marriage Certificate.

4. My degree certificate

5. Passport , Photos and Copies of all the above documents.

Please suggest me If I have Missed any
