Hope all you are doing well .This forum is really helpful and help lots of people .
much appreciated all of you.I have got few questions :
- How many days one can go / live outside UK ( holiday or visit to family ) on first phase of discretionary leave which is 3 years.what is the maximum lenth one can stay outside UK continuous on the peroid of 6 years DL.
- when comes to extension for the next phase of DL another 3 years , how long HO takes to give the visa .and to apply form have to be FLR O , subsisting marriage , income etc ?
- after completing 6 years of DL how long it takes to give ILR after applying , and which form one should use , and what is the requirement of qualifying for ILR.
- In DL period one can apply for benefits .is it gona affect when one will apply for ILR
NOTE :
- The case i am asking based on is really straight forward.
- The DL is based on marriage to a British citizen.
- As it was out of time application for spouse visa ( 25 days after work visa expired ) ,so HO issued DL instead of spouse visa.
- The sponsor / husband earns more than 25 k annual .
