Switching from PSW to Tier 1 Entrepreneur ( Please Advise)

Hi,

I am going to apply for this visa soon using 50K PSW route.

Actually, Someone is going to put 50K in my bank account, who has account in the same bank.

I will get a letter from the bank to show that I have access to 50K in my account and i dont want to show that I got it from a third party.

Now the only thing I am worrying about is how to show "the date of entry of money in UK" in the letter (as given in their template) as I am getting money from someone so the money has been in uk always , just being transferred to my account.

You don't need to show that when money was enter into your account..all you have to show is that you have got 50000 pounds available for you to spend and consume in business in UK. These money could be in your personalor company bank account (or it could be third party money with their declaration that you can use their money for your business in uk) You need bank statement and letter from your bank to confirm your personal funds. You don't need to show that you have kept 50000 pounds for specific periods or when and from where you got it..good luck

If you have a look at the template that Home office has given at the end of Policy Guidance, they have asked for the date of entry of money to UK.
Please have a look.

"The applicant has the following amount of money IN THEIR OWN NAME available for investment in a business in the United Kingdom [£ ] if applicable. Or, the applicant has agreed to form an entrepreneurial team with [name] and has the following amount of money IN THEIR OWN
NAMES available for investment in a business in the United Kingdom [£ ] if applicable. If these funds are already in the United Kingdom, please give the date of entry to the United Kingdom [date of entry of money into the United Kingdom dd/mm/yyyy]"
