Aren't you supposed to be director at the business where you invested?I received visa, invested £200K (much more) in the business in less than 6 months. I cannot register in that same business as a director.
I agree it is not logical but I see nothing in the rules of the Visa extension (I did check the rules but I am not a lawyer) that demand it be the same company. I am asking the forum if there is experience in this matter.JohnM wrote:Aren't you supposed to be director at the business where you invested?I received visa, invested £200K (much more) in the business in less than 6 months. I did not check rules recently but it looks strange: Invest in one place and be director in another place - does not look logical for this type of visa.
