Currently on PSW (6 months), employeed !
Company willing to give work permit (Tier 2)

Question:
After getting ILR, what is the policy of getting permanent citizenship (if there is any)
Please provide UKBA reference

You need to have ILR for 12 months before you become eligible for citizenship. If you are married to a British person you don't have to wait 12 months.
