T1G dependent visa required documents

Hi every1,
As you can notice I am new on the forum hence there is a chance to violate any rules so please accept my apologies.
I m on T1G visa (employed + self-employed) valid till Aug 2012. My wife lives with me here in UK as my dependant; her visa is expiring in next month.
1. My question is what documents are required to provide with her extension application as my dependent.
2. Specifically do I need to provide my income proof and if yes should it be for the last 1 year or last 6 months or last 3 months?
3. Maintenance funds should be just 600 or 1500?

@ params0073 Thanks a lot...should i send both (employed and self-employed) income proof?
1. employed - 3 salary slips + bank statments?
2. self-employed - accountants letter + business management accounts for 3 months period + invoice raised with in 3 months+ busniess bank statments for 3 months?
plz advice if above is ok or not

@ Lucapooka I have already done mine at peo thats why its valid till aug 2014 and now need to post application for my wife's visa.
