Tier 1 extension - Contractor with no limited company

Hi

I am applying for my tier 1 extension and would like to know if I need to use an accountant to prove my earnings or if bank statement with signed and stamped payslips will be okay

any assistance greatly apprecaited

If you dont have a Limited company then its hassle free for your extension cos' its like you are a permanent employee. And I pressume your salary is credited through an umbrella company, if that's the case, make sure its a trusted umbrella company which pays taxes regularly on your behalf.

Friend of mine used an umbrella company which is a fraud one and didn't pay taxes.

Oh yeah, stamped payslips would be fine and you don't need any accountant letter at all.

I actually dont have a limited company and get paid straight through the contracting company.

hopefully this will be okay
