PEO document collection & Banker's Draft

1) For Tier 1 General extension at PEO's, do applicant gets passport and other documents on the same day by hand? OR do UKBA sends them by royal mail?

2) If I pay by banker's draft at PEO, how much time it takes to clear the money? On UKBA website, it says 5 days for cheque but no mention about banker's draft.

They give you all the documents back except the application form and photos. They also give you a approval letter once the decision is made.

And I don't have much knowledge on Banker's draft, Sorry!
