Hello

I have a query.I am on wp for 8 years on n off.I am already due for ILR.My wife is on dependent visa.My query is if my wife gets her on wp and fortunately after that I get ILR.can she still get ILR immediately or she has to wait for it to get ILR??

Can you consider re-writing this in language that is easier to understand and explaining in more detail your and your partner's circumstances.
