URGENT !!! Help - Police Certificate for Tier 1 Extension ?

Dear All

I am applying for T-1 extension tomorrow at Croydon PEO and would like to ask if it is mandatory to have the police registration certificate within the submitted document?
I have registered before at Leicester but had to leave Leicester before collecting it, however I still have the receipt from Leicester immigration office. Please advise ASAP as I noticed that it is mentioned in the list of document in the Tier-1 application , appreciate your feedback by today!!.

where did you find the requirement of police certificate? I couldn't find it anywhere.

I understand that you must provide it.

I think citizens of some countries need it, but not all applicants.
