ILR For Father

Hi all,

I have a query regarding about my father who live in Pakistan and his age is 67. I am on Indefinite Leave to remain. I want to apply ILR for my father. My Questions are

1. If he comes here as a Visitor and would be able to apply for ILR?

2. Or if he apply from Pakistan then how long its take time?

which one is the better option?

I think you both should apply for British Nationality straight way assumed that your from Royal Family

Thankyou very much for your reply so it means that a person who are here on visitor visa can not apply for ILR as a depedant of settled son or daughter in uk.

Currently - not without a significant change in circumstances, after July 9th - not at all.

And you REALLY need to read the requirements post July 9th.
