Eu family card application

Post by broli » Sat Jun 23, 2012 10:34 am

Thank for you answers few months ago

Please for our our Eu family card we got on the form this checklist

If Renting:

- Letter from landlord/agency, rental contract or rent book
- Letter of Registration of Tenancy from the Private Residential Tenancies Board
- Utility bills in the names of both the applicant and the EU citizen

The first question is do we need to provide every of those documents or we can choose?

The second question , if we have to provide those documents what type of residence should we take because we are looking for a studio apartment but
all utility bills are in Landlords name and we wondering whether from a studio or 2 rooms apartment we can get the Letter of Registration of Tenancy

Another question is what are utility bills accepted tv, adsl or ?
Thank you to read and welcome to help :)

NB they wrote Submission of incomplete forms or failure to submit all requested documentation will result in the automatic return of your application

i would suggest to send letter from the landlord AND the tenancy agreement, then PRTB letters and utility bills (e.g. electricity, gas, phone), bank statements, official letters like PPSN letter.
If the bills are in landlord's name, submit a letter from the landlord stating that and utility bills in his/her name. But then in addition submit something else in your names, like bank statements, letters from Revenue, etc.

Thank you so much

i wanted to know if there is are any immigration rules on minimum requirements for housing?
Because in Denmark, it is so though Danish rules are not easy, it’s possible there are such requirements – square meters, number of rooms, own Spam / bathroom,
So please if there is any requirement name them … :)

Thanks
