Can HSMP Dependent join me(HSMP holder) later???

Hello,

I have got EC for HSMP and i am planning to go to UK in Jan..
My wife has got HSMP Dependent Visa..She is planning to join me later once i find a job..

My Q. is "Can HSMP dependent join me later??"..If yes, will she encounter any problem at Airport in UK??She has to carry any additional Doc??

Your dependents can join you later, there is no problem in that. My wife and children joined me after 6 months. My wife was just asked my address where she would be staying.

Hi Rog,

Did you request the EC together with your wife? What if one moves to the UK and once find a job and has a stable earnings ask the dependent to apply for her EC? Would it be hard to have the dependent EC approved? Is there a limit to apply for the dependent EC? If yes, is it the same 6 months from the approval letter?
