Duration of Visa Given Wrong on BRP

Hi all,

I recently got my tier 1 approved, but got a 2 years visa, which should be for 3 years.
My first application was after 6th April 2010, where I got 2 years visa, and now I was expecting 3 years.
I contacted BRPerror@hmrc, but they replied it was according to their records, asked me to contact my case worker.
I wrote a letter to case worker yesterday explaining the situation.

Has any one faced this problem earlier, if yes, what should I do to get it corrected, as there is no information available for me.
