Hi,

If some one is on Tier 1 General in UK. He is running is business in UK. His services are requested by some Non EU company in a non EU country do he have to invoice them in their local currency or he can invoice them in GBP only?

If he invoice them in GBP, and they send the amount directly in his bank in UK, can he claim that income for his ILR?

Supposidly Yes he can, do he have to use the OANDA exchange rate for this or he can just use the Amount as his earnings. Meaning invoiced in GBP and paid in GBP, and no local currency is involved.

Pls advise
The question is... to be or not to be....

1. His choice.
For the rest, reading the settlement policy guidance will help
