Who all are included in the family?
When did the dependant(s) enter UK as PBS dependants?
When is their current leave due to expire?

If your wife has enough visa left until she completes her 2 years than she does not need to change her PBS dependant to FLR(M) as she can directly apply for her ILR based on new family rules in place after 9th July 12...Sushmedhta can you confirm this?

Thanks,
