I was trying to book an appointment yesterday at 12.01. When I finished the form and clicked the button of 'Complete the form', the webpage said there was error due to technical issues. I kept refreshing in the next 30 minutes. When the website worked fine, I found all of the slots in solihull have gone.
However, when I checked my email this morning, I saw two emails confirming my appointment in Solihull with the book reference number. But I still could not find anything in my account in the UKBA website.
Has anybody had the same problem with me? Did I got the appointment or not? Feel very confused.
