query for FLR (M)

Hi,

I have submit my wife FLR m form on thursday for next day delivery . UKBA do have received today . But i checked with my Credit card company and they said there is no transaction today.

My query is even they take money on 9th July Monday etc will my wife case will considered under old rules ?

Some budy told me they count date of receive. one solicitor told me its date of post ?

please confirm.
