UK or Overseas address

Hi

During last 3 years I have not staying in UK for more than 3 weeks but I have always had an address in UK for all official purpose. While away from UK I was working for a UK company itself. Now under the section where they ask previous address, should I provide the address as per my official documents like bank records or the actual address I stayed abroad. If I have to show actual address abroad then there is no specific address system in the country I am right now, in this case can I just give c/o my company address for last 2 years?

Please advise.
