it will reopen I guess once this coalition government is gone...and good old Labour governemnt comes into power...but god knows when?????????????

It won't! There is no appetite for this sort of immigration any more. Tier 1 was an abject failure of it's original intentions. Scoring sufficient points to settle in the UK by being a mini-cab driver working very long hours, or by garnering income from outside the UK from a family business, or a combination of both, was never the intention, but it was the reality.
